Who we are

We are independent consultants - the majority of our team of advisors and analysts are qualified civil engineers.

Our area of activity relates to the development of shopping centres and other types of large urban development projects. These include leisure and theme parks, business parks, retail or industrial estates and mixed use schemes, such us railway stations or ports.

Our mission, in these projects is to advise and prepare design solutions relating to:
· accesibility
· traffic design
· parking layout and operation
· pedestrian movement
· public transport systems

We have operated, since 1983, out of our office in Madrid - Spain. During this period, we have become involves in approximately 500 projects in about 25 different countries all over the world.
